2009 Prudential Spirit of Community Awards for High School Youth Volunteers

Students who have taken part in community service activities over the past year may fill out an online application form at prudential.com/spirit or principals.org/prudential (access key: spirit). Once the form has been completed online, it must be printed out, signed and submitted to your college counselor by October 31, 2008.
